[摘要]針對(duì)銷軸節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力和構(gòu)造特點(diǎn),利用有限元方法對(duì)銷軸直徑、上下耳板寬度等進(jìn)行了參數(shù)分析,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)銷軸上有兩處受力較大,分別為跨中處和下耳板對(duì)銷軸的擠壓處。在假定下耳板對(duì)銷軸的壓力在有效寬度內(nèi)均勻分布的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)出銷軸承載力F2的計(jì)算公式;在假定上耳板對(duì)銷軸的壓力呈二次曲線分布的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)出銷軸承載力F1的計(jì)算公式。銷軸的實(shí)際承載力取上述算式結(jié)果的較小者。將計(jì)算公式的計(jì)算結(jié)果與有限元模擬的結(jié)果相比,兩者吻合良好,說(shuō)明相關(guān)公式可供設(shè)計(jì)采用。

Mechanical behavior and design equation for pins connected plates

Abstract:Parametric analyses on diameter of the pin and the thickness of the connected plates of the pin are performed using FEA. The characteristic of load transfer and mechanism of the pin are obtained: the control point of the pin failure lies in the middle point of the pin shaft (point 1) and the point on the pin shaft where the bottom connected plate crushes (point 2). The design equations for ultimate capacity of pins at point 1 and 2 are derived with assumed stress distribution modes along point 1 and 2, and the ultimate capacity of pins is taken as the smaller of that at point 1 and 2. The results calculated from the design equations agree well with that by FEA. The equation proposed can be used in the design of pins.
