[摘要]輕鋼立柱墻體是冷彎薄壁型鋼低層住宅體系中一種新型的墻體形式,對實際工程中常用的輕鋼立柱墻體足尺試件進行了軸心荷載作用下的承載力試驗研究,墻體立柱試件分為不帶墻面板(2個試件)和帶墻面板(1個試件)兩類。在足尺試件試驗研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用有限元分析軟件ANSYS對輕鋼立柱不帶墻面板和帶墻面板兩種情況下的承載力進行了數(shù)值分析。簡化分析模型假設(shè)墻板僅對立柱沿墻面方向側(cè)移和截面扭轉(zhuǎn)起支撐作用,考慮墻板參數(shù)變化對立柱承載力的影響,并將計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果進行了比較。分析結(jié)果表明,考慮墻板的支撐作用能顯著地提高立柱的承載能力。

Study on influence of wallboard on axial strength of stud in low-rise cold-formed sheet steel house

Abstract:The light-gauge steel wall stud is a new wall system for a low-rise cold-formed thin-wall steel house. The load carrying capacity of wall studs is studied by axial compression tests, and the sizes of specimens are the same as those in practical engineering project. The specimens of wall studs are divided into two types, i.e. the ones with panels and others without. Based on the tests, finite element analysis is used for simulating load carrying capacity of the kinds of wall studs by ANSYSTM. Simplified model considers that panels provide support to the stud along the direction of wallboard and the direction of torsion in the section of the stud. In order to study the influence of the wallboard on the load carrying capacity of the stud, parameters of the wallboard are changed. Numerical results are compared with the test results. Analysis results show that the load carrying capacity of studs is increased greatly by considering the support of panels.
