高強(qiáng)冷彎薄壁型鋼受彎構(gòu)件受力性能試驗(yàn)研究

摘 要

[摘要]對550MPa高強(qiáng)冷彎薄壁型鋼帽型截面簡支檁條和兩跨連續(xù)檁條的受力性能進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究,27根簡支檁條試件和24根兩跨連續(xù)檁條試件的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:厚度為0.48,0.60和0.75mm的簡支和兩跨連續(xù)檁條在高強(qiáng)鋼材強(qiáng)度折減系數(shù)γ取0.8,厚度為1.00mm的檁條在γ取0.9時(shí),理論承載力與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合較好。

Experimental study on bearing behavior of high strength cold-formed steel battens under bending

Abstract:The bearing capacity behavior of 550MPa high strength cold-formed steel simple and continuous hat section battens under bending has been studied. The test results of 27 simple specimens and 24 continuous specimens show that when the strength reduction coefficientγ of high strength steel is determined as 0.8, the test results of specimens with thickness 0.48,0.60,and 0.75mm are close to the theoretical bearing capacity; whenγis determined as 0.9, the test results of specimens with thickness 1.00mm are close to the theoretical values.
