[摘要]以蘇州國(guó)際博覽中心工程為背景,針對(duì)平面K形圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)的一種主要破壞模式——主支管交匯處主管管壁在受拉支管和受壓支管作用下發(fā)生局部過(guò)度塑性變形而破壞,對(duì)采用內(nèi)加勁肋加強(qiáng)的平面K形圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比試驗(yàn)、非線性有限元分析以及幾何參數(shù)分析,揭示了內(nèi)加勁肋提高節(jié)點(diǎn)承載能力的作用機(jī)理,并提出了設(shè)計(jì)建議,可供類似工程設(shè)計(jì)參考。

Study of inner rib-stiffener tubular K-joints and design proposal

Abstract:One of the most majority failure patterns of plane K-joints is that the chord appears excessive part plastic distortion under the action of tension and compression web member. It reveals the principle of inner rib-stiffener enhancing joint ultimate bearing capacity which is based on large scale model tests, nonlinear finite element analysis (FEA) and geometrical parameter analysis with the background project of Suzhou International Expo Center. Design proposals are offered which can serve as a reference to similar project design.
