[摘要]上海南匯區(qū)機關(guān)辦公中心工程中的巨型空腹桁架結(jié)構(gòu)采用了基于性能的抗震設(shè)計,三水準(zhǔn)設(shè)防的設(shè)計為結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能提供了可靠的保障,即小震和中震下結(jié)構(gòu)保持彈性,大震下主要構(gòu)件保持彈性。巨型空腹桁架T形抗彎內(nèi)加勁節(jié)點的有限元分析和試驗研究表明:內(nèi)加勁方式可以顯著減少節(jié)點區(qū)的高應(yīng)力區(qū)、保持節(jié)點區(qū)的彈性性能,同時可達(dá)到強節(jié)點、弱構(gòu)件的要求。試驗顯示該類型節(jié)點的破壞模式為腹桿根部受拉翼緣與弦桿連接焊縫開裂、節(jié)點域剪切變形和腹桿受壓翼緣局部屈曲,節(jié)點極限承載力是無加勁節(jié)點的2.69倍、設(shè)計承載力的3.5倍和腹桿全塑性彎矩的1.44倍,節(jié)點具有足夠的安全度。工程的研究方法、結(jié)論和加勁板的構(gòu)造建議,為加勁節(jié)點的應(yīng)用提供了參考價值。

Vierendeel megatrusses design on earthquake-resistance and inner-stiffened joints

Abstract:The theory of performance-based seismic design was applied to the vierendeel megatrusses of Shanghai′s Nanhui Administration Center. Three-stage seismic fortification design ensures the safety and seismic performance of the megatrusses. Structural members and joints keep elastic state under multi-encountered and fortification intensity earthquakes, important members and joints hold elasticity under severe earthquakes. The FEA and test study of T-shaped inner-stiffened RHS joints show that the inner-stiffeners can remarkably reduce stress concentration in joint region and hold elastic state, and it satisfies the need for strong joint and weak member. The tests show that the failure modes of this kind of joints include weld split at the foot of the tensioned flange of brace, shear deformation of joint area and local buckling at the compressed flange of brace. Ultimate strength of the joints on the tests is 2.69 times that of unstiffened joints, 3.5 times design strength and 1.44 times plastic bending moment of the brace. This mode of stiffened joints ensures adequate safety. The research methods, conclusions and construction details are developed for the stiffened joints.
