鋼骨-鋼管混凝土軸壓中長(zhǎng)柱極限承載力研究

[摘要]基于切線模量理論推導(dǎo)了鋼骨-鋼管混凝土軸壓中長(zhǎng)柱彈塑性穩(wěn)定承載力的計(jì)算公式,理論計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果吻合良好,在此基礎(chǔ)上推導(dǎo)了該組合柱的界限長(zhǎng)細(xì)比。其次,以l0/1 000作為初始撓度,利用數(shù)值計(jì)算方法對(duì)鋼骨-鋼管混凝土軸壓中長(zhǎng)柱進(jìn)行了非線性全過程分析,數(shù)值分析得到的荷載-變形曲線與試驗(yàn)曲線吻合較好。在大量數(shù)值分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了便于工程應(yīng)用的鋼骨-鋼管混凝土軸壓中長(zhǎng)柱極限承載力簡(jiǎn)化計(jì)算公式,并對(duì)其可靠度水準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了校驗(yàn),分析結(jié)果表明,計(jì)算公式滿足GB 50068—2001對(duì)構(gòu)件可靠指標(biāo)的要求。

Study on the ultimate bearing capacity of axially loaded steel tubular slender columns filled with steelreinforced concrete

Abstract:Based on the tangent modulus theory, the formula for calculating the ultimate bearing capacity of elastoplasticity stability of axially loaded steel tubular slender columns filled with steel-reinforced concrete is obtained. It shows that the calculated results are in good agreement with the test results. Then the bounds slenderness ratio of this composite column is deduced through the stability theory of the structure. Moreover, a numerical method is applied for the nonlinear full-range analysis of this composite columns by considering initial deflection of l0/1000 length of the column. The calculated curves agree well with the experiment curves. Based on a large number of calculated data, a simplified calculating formula for the ultimate bearing capacity of axially loaded slender composite columns is proposed, and the reliability level of the columns under axial compression designed following the proposed formula is investigated. Analysis results indicate that the reliability indexes of this columns satisfy the demand of unified standard for reliability design of building structures (GB50068—2001).
