錨桿靜壓樁托換技術(shù)在某別墅新增地下室中的應(yīng)用

（上海同瑞土木工程技術(shù)有限公司， 上海 200092）［摘要］結(jié)合某工程實(shí)例，研討采用錨桿靜壓樁托換技術(shù)進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)托換的設(shè)計(jì)思路，詳細(xì)介紹了基礎(chǔ)托換的構(gòu)造做法以及施工關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，并對(duì)錨筋錨固和原基礎(chǔ)加大部分混凝土新老界面的抗剪強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)算，總結(jié)了房屋結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)托換在加固設(shè)計(jì)和施工中應(yīng)注意的若干關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題?？晒┩惞こ踢M(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)加固設(shè)計(jì)與施工時(shí)參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］錨桿靜壓樁; 基礎(chǔ); 托換技術(shù); 加固中圖分類號(hào)：TU746.3, TU318.2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)09-0059-04Application of underpinning technique of anchor jacked pile in a new basement of a cottage projectWang Peng(Shanghai Tongrui Civil Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:Based on a practical engineering, design method for underpinning technique of anchor jacked pile was discussed. The construction details and key construction technologies of foundation underpinning were introduced in detail．Anchorage of the rebar was checked as well as the shear capacity of concrete interface between enlarged parts for existed foundation and existed foundation.
