城市更新建設(shè)中原建筑基礎(chǔ)處理及分析

(1 中國五洲工程設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)有限公司深圳分公司,深圳 518048;2 深圳市建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究總院有限公司, 深圳 518031)[摘要]針對(duì)在已拆除建筑的場(chǎng)地上一個(gè)新建建筑的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)原建筑樁基的檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行合理分析,得出單樁極限承載力,根據(jù)單樁極限承載力并結(jié)合地質(zhì)資料進(jìn)行復(fù)合地基承載力特征值分析。利用相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料對(duì)復(fù)合地基的各項(xiàng)分析計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行合理性判斷,最終得出本工程采用剛性樁復(fù)合地基方案滿足安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)保的要求。對(duì)基礎(chǔ)方案選型、處理流程、計(jì)算分析等方面進(jìn)行了闡述。[關(guān)鍵詞]復(fù)合地基; 極限承載力; 沉降; 樁基中圖分類號(hào):TU473.1+2 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A 文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)09-0056-03Process and analysis of existing building foundation in urban constructionDing Hangpu1, Wang Mingying2, Hu Chunji1(1 Shenzhen Branch of China Wuzhou Engineering Group, Shenzhen 518048, China; 2 Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design Research Co., Ltd., Shenzhen 518031, China)Abstract: According to the foundation design of new constructed buildings on the site of dismantled buildings, test results of existing building piles were reasonably analyzed to obtain the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and analysis on bearing capacity characteristic value of composite foundation was carried out according to the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile combined with the geological data. The rationality of the analyses and calculation results of composite foundation was judged based on relevant literatures, and the adopted rigid pile composite foundation scheme of the project fulfill the requirements of safety, economy and environmental protection.
