某磚混住宅樓裂縫檢測與加固建議

(1 山西大學(xué)土木工程系, 太原 030013; 2 山西華范工程檢測有限公司, 太原 030006)[摘要]對某磚混住宅樓建造、使用情況及產(chǎn)生裂縫的原因進行初步調(diào)查,對該住宅樓周邊環(huán)境及水源點、垂直度、相對水平變形、裂縫寬度及分布進行檢測,并對住宅樓沉降進行觀測。分析結(jié)果表明,裂縫產(chǎn)生的原因是由于住宅樓周邊排水不暢,室外雨水浸入經(jīng)處理后的濕陷性黃土地基,引起地基不均勻沉降。最后提出了一些加固處理建議。[關(guān)鍵詞]磚混結(jié)構(gòu); 裂縫; 變形檢測; 加固處理中圖分類號:TU398+.5 文獻標(biāo)識碼:A 文章編號:1002-848X(2015)09-0052-04Crack detection and reinforcement treatment of a brick-concrete structure residential buildingChen Yu1, Guan Chongyang2, Ma Yuancheng2(1 Department of Civil Engineering, Shanxi University, Taiyuan 030013, China;2 Shanxi Huafan Engineering Detection Co., Ltd., Taiyuan 030006, China)Abstract:The preliminary investigation was carried out on a brick-concrete structure residential building, including the construction condition, usage condition and cause of cracks in the building. The test was carried out on the building, including the surrounding environment, water source, verticality, relative horizontal deformation, crack width and distribution, and the settlement observation of the building. The analyses results show that the cause of the crack is the poor drainage of the building around which results in rainwater running into the treated collapsible loess foundation and uneven settlement of the foundation.
