考慮填充墻影響的上海新城飯店抗震鑒定及加固

(1 上海理工大學(xué)環(huán)境與建筑學(xué)院, 上海 200093;2 中冶集團(tuán)建筑研究總院華東分院, 上海 200940)[摘要]上海新城飯店為歷史保護(hù)建筑,其結(jié)構(gòu)為高層鋼框架體系,由于年代久遠(yuǎn)和使用功能改變,需要對(duì)房屋的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行檢測(cè)、鑒定,并進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)加固?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)該建筑填充墻體和鋼框架之間的連接牢固可靠,墻體和框架可以有效共同工作。本著剛度等效原則將填充墻代換成剪力墻建立模型,通過(guò)對(duì)模型在側(cè)向力作用下的計(jì)算分析,得出結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能明顯改善的分析結(jié)果,提出了考慮墻體剛度貢獻(xiàn)的加固方案,為類(lèi)似歷史保護(hù)建筑的加固提供借鑒。[關(guān)鍵詞]填充墻; 鋼框架; 抗震; 檢測(cè); 加固中圖分類(lèi)號(hào):TU398+.2文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1002-848X(2015)09-0031-04Seismic appraisal and reinforcement for Shanghai Metropole Hotel considered the impact of filled wallsLiu Guojun1, Zheng Qizhen1, Yang Jue1,2, Ye Minjian1(1 School of Environment and Architecture, University of Shanghai for Science & Technology, Shanghai 200093, China;2 East China Branch of Central Research Institute of Building & Construction, MCC Group, Shanghai 200940, China)Abstract: Shanghai Metropole Hotel is a protective historical high-rise steel frame building. Due to the age and changes of using function, the quality of the building needs to be detected and identified as well as structural reinforcement. On-site detection results indicate that the connections between the filled walls and the steel frame are secure and reliable which can guarantee the filled walls and the steel frame work together effectively. In accordance with the principle of equivalent stiffness, filled walls were replaced with shear walls to establish the model. According to the calculation and analysis of the model under lateral force, the results reveal that seismic performance of structure has been improved significantly.
