房屋危險(xiǎn)性鑒定時(shí)的注意事項(xiàng)

（太原市建筑工程質(zhì)量檢測站， 太原 030002）［摘要］房屋的危險(xiǎn)性直接關(guān)系到人民的生命安全，科學(xué)、有效地評(píng)價(jià)房屋的危險(xiǎn)性，對(duì)房屋的使用有著決定性的影響。以《危險(xiǎn)房屋鑒定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JGJ 125—99)中危險(xiǎn)房屋的綜合評(píng)價(jià)原則和綜合評(píng)定方法為基礎(chǔ)，通過兩個(gè)算例，對(duì)比分析了房屋危險(xiǎn)性鑒定時(shí)危險(xiǎn)構(gòu)件的破壞或失效對(duì)房屋結(jié)構(gòu)體系的影響。結(jié)果表明，考慮危險(xiǎn)構(gòu)件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系的影響時(shí)，房屋危險(xiǎn)性鑒定的結(jié)果更為科學(xué)、有效。［關(guān)鍵詞］危險(xiǎn)房屋; 危險(xiǎn)性鑒定中圖分類號(hào)：TU312+.3 文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼：A 文章編號(hào)：1002-848X(2015)09-0011-03Notes for dangerous building appraisalHu Guoqing(Taiyuan Testing Station for Building Engineering Quality, Taiyuan 030002, China)Abstract:The danger of building is directly related to people′s life, so the scientific and effective evaluated method of dangerous building has a decisive influence on the use of the building. Based on the comprehensive evaluation principle and method of dangerous building in Standard of dangerous building appraisal (JGJ 125—99) and two calculating examples, the effect of damage or failure of dangerous components on building structural system was analyzed in risk appraisal for the building.
