[摘要]在單層索網(wǎng)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上研發(fā)出的隱式單索柔性支承體系,滿足了在玻璃建筑中視覺(jué)上無(wú)結(jié)構(gòu)的需求。它是利用玻璃有限的厚度將鋼索隱藏在豎向膠縫中,通過(guò)預(yù)拉力使隱藏的鋼索滿足幕墻承載力及剛度要求。介紹了北京萬(wàn)通中心玻璃幕墻隱式單索結(jié)構(gòu)的主要構(gòu)造技術(shù)、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),其順利實(shí)施為今后推廣使用這種幕墻體系積累了較為完整的數(shù)據(jù)。

Design and analysis of glass curtain wall with invisible single cable applied in Beijing Wantong Center

Abstract:Based on the technology of present single cable net, the newly developed flexible supporting system with invisible single cable can meet the architectural requirement of no structure for glass. In this system, the single cable is hidden in the seam between two pieces of glass, and the prestress applied on the cable make it satisfy the requirement of loading capacity and rigidity. The main formation, structure features and design essence of invisible single cable used in project of Beijing Wantong Center are presented. The successful implementation in this project accumulated quite complete data for follow-up spread of it.
