[摘要]以薄板的大撓度彎曲微分方程組為基礎(chǔ),以平面內(nèi)可自由滑動、平面外無位移的局部測量范圍內(nèi)膜材為邊界條件,推導(dǎo)出不同材性膜材的位移與張力對應(yīng)比例關(guān)系。結(jié)合鹿島建設(shè)株式會社的試驗(yàn),得到雙向等張力情況下膜張力-位移相關(guān)公式,該公式適用于各向同性與正交異性的膜材。ANSYS有限元驗(yàn)證表明,該公式具有很高的精度,可以滿足工程需要。

Formulation and verification of membrane pressure-deflection formula based on similarity transformation theory

Abstract:Based on the differential equations of large deflection bending of thin plates,
with the boundary condition that the local measuring membrane can slip in the plane without any out-of-plane deflection, the deflection and pressure corresponding proportion of different membrane are derived. Then combined with the experiment of Japan Kajima Building Company, the formula of membrane with equal tension in both ways is summarized, and the formula is suitable for both isotropic and orthotropic membrane. It is verified through ANSYS FEM analysis that the formula has great accuracy, so it can be applied in the practical project.
