[摘要]對上海一平均深度為22.4m的超高層建筑基坑工程逆作法施工進(jìn)行了實測分析。采用高層建筑與地基基礎(chǔ)共同作用理論對基坑工程的逆作法施工進(jìn)行全過程的理論計算,分析各個工況的中柱樁隆起、軸力、剪力和樓板彎矩以及地下墻豎向軸力的變化,并與實測的中柱樁的隆起進(jìn)行對比,結(jié)果相當(dāng)吻合。論證了高層建筑與地基基礎(chǔ)共同作用理論對逆作法的適用性和合理性。

Application of theory on interaction between superstructure and foundation to up-down construction method and monitoring analysis

Abstract:It presents the test analysis in the up-down construction of which the average excavation depth is 22.4m of a super-tall building in Shanghai. It includes the analysis of the swelling, axial and shear forces of diaphragm wall and mid-post piles and moment of slabs at different stages of up-down construction during the whole construction process by using the theory of interaction between superstructure and foundation. The calculated deformation (swelling) is in agreement with the monitoring result. The analytical results have demonstrated the feasibility and reasonableness of the theory of interaction.
