[摘要]依據(jù)有關(guān)規(guī)范和工程實(shí)踐,提出了對(duì)高強(qiáng)螺栓直接施加預(yù)拉力的思路和方法,研制了高強(qiáng)螺栓液壓預(yù)拉力張拉器,解決了扭矩系數(shù)不合規(guī)范要求的高強(qiáng)螺栓預(yù)拉力的施加及質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收問題。工程實(shí)踐表明,新工藝具有良好的應(yīng)用效果和推廣價(jià)值。

Study on technology of exerting pretension strength on high-strength bolts in steel structures

Abstract:Based on codes and engineering practice, a new method, which is used to directly exert pretension strength of high-strength bolts, is proposed for the first time. Hydraulic tensioner of high-strength bolt has also been developed to solve the problems of high-strength bolts with unqualified torque coefficients during construction. Engineering practice indicates that the new technology is very effective and valuable.
