單角鋼螺栓連接節(jié)點板受壓性能及極限承載力研究

[摘要]通過某特高壓輸電線路塔架結(jié)構(gòu)中典型的單角鋼螺栓連接節(jié)點的足尺試驗,對節(jié)點板的受壓性能、破壞形式及極限承載力進(jìn)行了研究。利用有限元程序ANSYS建立合理的有限元模型模擬節(jié)點板的受力性能,并與試驗結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比分析。將試驗及有限元模擬結(jié)果與現(xiàn)行國內(nèi)外鋼結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)范關(guān)于節(jié)點板受壓承載力計算公式的計算值進(jìn)行了比較,驗證了現(xiàn)行規(guī)范公式對于該類單角鋼連接節(jié)點板受壓承載能力計算的適用性。

Compressive behavior and ultimate strength of gusset plate contacted with single angle

Abstract:To investigate the compressive behavior, failure mode and ultimate strength of the gusset plate connection contacted with single angle, two full size tests are performed with gusset plate thickness used as test parameters. The finite element analysis by the program ANSYS gives reasonable predictions of the buckling strength of the gusset plate connections, which is consistent with the experimental investigation. Compared the results of the test and finite element simulation with the formula calculated values in the existing steel structure codes domestic and overseas,the applicability of the current standard formula for compressive bearing capacity of such gusset plate contacted with single angle is verifed.
