東營會展中心展館超長結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

[摘要]東營會展中心展館主體采用鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),基礎(chǔ)采用高強預(yù)應(yīng)力管樁基礎(chǔ)。展館長約189m,屬超長結(jié)構(gòu),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中通過結(jié)構(gòu)計算和設(shè)置后澆帶、配置縱向構(gòu)造鋼筋和無粘結(jié)預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼筋等措施,減小了溫度作用和收縮變形對鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的不利影響。計算結(jié)果表明,降溫荷載在框架梁和樓板中產(chǎn)生較大拉應(yīng)力,樓板開洞部位拉應(yīng)力集中;溫度作用在框架柱中產(chǎn)生剪力和彎矩,在框架柱和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計時必須考慮。

Structural design of the super long structure of Dongying Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:The structural system of Dongying Convention and Exhibition Center is the reinforced concrete frame and the foundation is prestressed concrete pipe piles. The total length is about 189m which means that the structure is a super long one. The adverse effect of temperature and shrinkage strain on the structure is reduced by structural calculations, setting alter-pouring strips, deploying vertical constructional steel bars and unbonded tendons. The calculation result indicates that the following effects must be considered when designing the frame columns and foundation: the temperature-reducing loading produces a relatively big tension stress to frame beams and floors; there is tension stress concentration in the opening of the floors; shearing forces and bending moments arose in the frame columns due to the effect of the temperature.
