[摘要]東營會展中心展館結(jié)構(gòu)采用管桁架+塔架拉索結(jié)構(gòu)體系,上覆PTFE膜材;由于建筑功能要求不設(shè)縫,展館鋼屋蓋長度達(dá)360m,層2鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)長度達(dá)189m,屬嚴(yán)重超長結(jié)構(gòu);會議中心采用車輻式索桁架結(jié)構(gòu),鋼索的張拉工藝采用位移控制法。對上述設(shè)計中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹,供類似工程參考。

Key structural technology in design of Dongying Convention and Exhibition Center

Abstract:The steel pipe trusses covered by PTFE membranes with cable-stayed towers are adopted in order to meet the demand for the architectural style. The total length of the steel roof is up to 360m and the length of the reinforced concrete structure in the second floor is up to 189m due to the limit of the architectural function which demands that seams mustn′t be set, which means that it is a over long structure. The rung-shape cable truss structure is used for the center and the tension of the steels is achieved by the displacement control method.The key technology of the structure is given.
