［摘要］介紹了杭州灣觀光塔鑄鋼下節(jié)點(diǎn)1∶4縮尺模型試驗(yàn)情況，運(yùn)用有限元軟件ANSYS對下節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行真實(shí)試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)的模擬分析并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。分析過程發(fā)現(xiàn)，真實(shí)的試驗(yàn)狀態(tài)的模擬即真實(shí)約束的施加是鑄鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)有限元分析結(jié)果是否正確的關(guān)鍵。驗(yàn)證結(jié)果表明有限元建模方法正確，計(jì)算結(jié)果可靠，與試驗(yàn)吻合良好，從而為工程設(shè)計(jì)、分析提供參考。

Experimental study on cast-steel joints of Hangzhou Bay Tower

Abstract:Experimental study of the lower cast\|steel joints designed at the middle of the Sightsee Tower in Hangzhou Bay is introduced. By use of ANSYS, the real experimental status of cast-steel joints is considered in the analysis of the lower cast-steel joints. The real constraint of the experimental status is the key of the finite element analysis of the cast-steel joints. The results, compared with the experiment, show that the modeling method is correct. It can be referrence to the structure design.
