再生粗骨料混凝土梁受彎計(jì)算適用性研究

[摘要]通過對(duì)6根不同配筋率、不同再生粗骨料取代率的混凝土簡支梁的受彎試驗(yàn),分析了再生粗骨料混凝土受彎構(gòu)件的正截面受力、構(gòu)件的變形性能和破壞特征。根據(jù)《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB50010—2002)提出的普通混凝土梁的受彎性能計(jì)算公式,驗(yàn)算了再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩、極限彎矩、撓度和最大裂縫寬度。驗(yàn)算結(jié)果表明,用普通混凝土梁的計(jì)算公式計(jì)算再生混凝土梁的開裂彎矩和極限彎矩是可行的;而最大裂縫寬度計(jì)算結(jié)果略小于實(shí)測值,且變異系數(shù)較大;撓度的計(jì)算值小于實(shí)測值近20%。

Applicability study on bending calculation of recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams using current codes

Abstract:The flexural behavior of simply-supported recycled aggregate concrete beams with different percentage of reinforcement and axial compressive strength and different replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is investigated. Besides the flexural capacity, the characteristics of both deflection and cracking are analyzed. After the formula suggested by -Code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB50010—2002) for recycled concrete beams is verified, a conclusion can be drawn that the cracking moment and the ultimate moment of recycled concrete beams can be estimated by the formula suggested by curret code; the value of calculation is smaller than practical value for the width of crack, variation coefficient of the maximum loading are larger;  the value of calculation is close to 20% smaller than practical value for deflection.
