(廣東省建筑設(shè)計研究院，廣州 510010)［摘要］中山博覽中心屋頂為雙向曲折形屋面造型，屋蓋采用90m大跨度多跨折線形平面圓管鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)，樓層采用鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)平面尺寸達216m×126m，為減小溫度作用，采用了支座混合布置溫度內(nèi)力釋放技術(shù)，既釋放了結(jié)構(gòu)的溫度內(nèi)力，又能保證結(jié)構(gòu)具有足夠的穩(wěn)定性。對于多管相貫和等徑管相貫節(jié)點，采用新型鼓形圓管相貫焊接節(jié)點，與鑄鋼節(jié)點相比，質(zhì)量好，加工和檢測方便，造價低。［關(guān)鍵詞］圓管鋼桁架；溫度作用；雙向曲折形屋面；鼓形圓管相貫焊接節(jié)點Structure design of Zhongshan Exhibition CenterLi Kaiping, Liao Xuzhao, Liang Yanyun, Liang Zibiao, Chen Yingzhuan, Lao Zhiyuan(The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Guangdong Province， Guangzhou 510010，China)Abstract:Zhongshan Exhibition Center has a bi-directional twist shape roof. The roof is a long span continuous poly-line profile pipe section plan truss structure with main span of 90m, and the floors are a steel frame structure. The structural plan dimension reaches 216m×126m. In order to reduce thermal action, mixed supports arrangement thermal action relief technology is used to release thermal action and to keep main structure stable.
