某游泳館屋蓋網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)檢測及安全性評估

(1 哈爾濱工業(yè)大學土木工程學院,哈爾濱 150090; 2 北京交通大學土木建筑工程學院,北京 100044)[摘要]針對一游泳館網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)在使用中出現(xiàn)的桿件嚴重銹蝕和部分桿件撓曲問題,進行了現(xiàn)場調(diào)查和技術(shù)分析,闡明了引發(fā)問題的主要原因。指出除施工質(zhì)量問題外,有兩點教訓值得在今后的設(shè)計中注意:一是對于某些處于惡劣工作環(huán)境中的鋼結(jié)構(gòu),要特別注意防腐和通風;二是在結(jié)構(gòu)分析中,要注意力學簡化模型是否與實際一致,特別是對邊界支承條件的處理。[關(guān)鍵詞]游泳館;網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu);安全性評估;有限元模型Structural safety assessment of a grid structure as the roof of a swimming hallWu Yue1, Wang Fenglai1, Chen Bo2, Pan Jinglong1(1 School of Civil Engineering, Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin 150090, China;2 Beijing Jiaotong University,Beijing 100044,China)Abstract:It was found that a grid structure on a swimming hall arisen severely corrosion and some bars became curving during service. The-field observation and technical analysis were carried out, and some reasonable conclusions were drawn. Except for the construction quality, it can be learned from this lesson that we should pay more attention to anticorrosion and ventilation treatment for steel structures that service in formidable conditions.
