基于Mindlin解的轉(zhuǎn)爐樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]以某煉鋼廠房的樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)為工程背景,采用Mindlin和Boussinesq彈性理論計(jì)算樁土剛度,Reissner厚板理論分析樁基筏板,并利用該方法對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)爐樁基礎(chǔ)和廠房柱基礎(chǔ)共同組成樁筏體系的總體沉降、差異沉降、樁頂反力、筏板內(nèi)力等結(jié)果進(jìn)行了計(jì)算。此法較現(xiàn)有的樁基設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范中基于筏板絕對(duì)剛性假定的計(jì)算方法有一定的優(yōu)越性。通過分析計(jì)算結(jié)果總結(jié)變化規(guī)律,發(fā)現(xiàn)荷載密度對(duì)此類基礎(chǔ)的局部沉降、樁頂反力影響較大。

Converter pile-raft foundation design based on Mindlin′s solution

Abstract:The pile-raft foundation′s average settlement, differential settlement, pile top force, stress of raft and so on have been analyzed through this method, which is Mindlin and Boussinesq theory counting pile-soil system and Reissner thick plank calculating raft. One of actual pileraft foundation, that is composed of converters and factory′s column pile foundation in one steel production factory building design, has been analyzed. This method is prior to  method of pile foundation code of China which is based on the assumption of the infinitely stiffness raft. The result shows that local settlement and pile top force are mainly controlled by the local load′s density.
