PC箱梁腹板豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力施工控制初步研究

(湖南科技大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,湘潭 411201)[摘要]豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力損失過大和分布不均是引起箱梁橋腹板開裂的重要原因?;诶碚摲治雠c試驗(yàn)研究,針對豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力分段張拉、現(xiàn)行的施工工藝缺陷造成豎向正應(yīng)力分布不均和預(yù)應(yīng)力損失過大的問題,提出滯后張拉、二次張拉概念、拉伸扭矩法張拉工藝,以及三者結(jié)合的懸臂箱梁橋豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力施工流程,并在實(shí)橋應(yīng)用中取得良好的效果。研究成果可為類似工程豎向預(yù)應(yīng)力施工提供參考。[關(guān)鍵詞]腹板開裂;預(yù)應(yīng)力損失;滯后張拉;二次張拉;拉伸-扭矩法Preliminary research on construction of vertical prestressed bars in webs of PC box beamShen Mingyan, Zhong Xingu, Shu Xiaojuan(Hunan University of Science and Technology, Xiangtan 411201, China)Abstract:Too much loss and uneven distribution of vertical prestressed are important reasons that cause cracking in webs of box beam bridges. Based on theoretical analysis and test study, such problems because of sequential segmental stretching mode, disadvantage of present stretching technique, are analyzed. Subsequently, concepts of lag-tension and two-times tension, stretc-torque constructing technique, further the technological process of combination utilization of three of them, are presented in order to alleviate or avoid those problems. Practice of such method leaded to good effect.
