標(biāo)志塔調(diào)諧質(zhì)量阻尼器(TMD)減振控制分析與應(yīng)用

(1 中國(guó)航空工業(yè)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)研究院,北京 100011; 2 北京工業(yè)大學(xué),北京 100124)[摘要]河南藝術(shù)中心標(biāo)志塔高60m,最大直徑僅3.0m,屬于高聳高柔結(jié)構(gòu),在風(fēng)作用下容易產(chǎn)生明顯的振動(dòng)效應(yīng)。在模態(tài)分析和時(shí)程分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合標(biāo)志塔自振特性,采用被動(dòng)式調(diào)諧質(zhì)量阻尼器(TMD)控制裝置。設(shè)計(jì)研究了TMD控制裝置的位置、剛度、質(zhì)量和阻尼的優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,完成了TMD控制裝置的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)整體結(jié)構(gòu)減振控制設(shè)計(jì)。試驗(yàn)室測(cè)試及安裝完成后,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)試與測(cè)試結(jié)果顯示,工程中的TMD達(dá)到了抗風(fēng)減振控制設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。[關(guān)鍵詞]風(fēng)振響應(yīng);調(diào)諧質(zhì)量阻尼器(TMD);頻率比;質(zhì)量比;阻尼比;減振控制Oscillation reduction control analysis and application research of tuning mass damping (TMD) equipment of the signal tower of Henan Provincial Art CentreWang Shu1, Yan Weiming2, Ge Jiaqi1, Ji Jinbao2, Liang Haitong1(1 China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute, Beijing 100011, China;2 Beijing University of Technology,Beijing 100124,China)Abstract:For Henan Provincial Art Centre, the signal tower, 60m high and 3m maximum diameter wide, belongs to a high-slender structure, which creates vibration effect under wind vibration and therefore impacts on the structural safety reliability. Based on the model and time-history analysis of the tower together with its self-vibration character, the passive tuning mass damping (TMD) control equipment is employed. As a result, optimum location, stiffness, mass and damping for the TMD control equipment is achieved, as well as the optimum design of TMD control equipment and its whole structural vibration reduction control are finished.
