鋼管桁架結(jié)構(gòu)大間隙焊縫相貫節(jié)點性能試驗與理論研究

(1 中國航空工業(yè)規(guī)劃設計研究院,北京 100011; 2 北京科技大學,北京 100083;3 北京工業(yè)大學,北京 100124)[摘要]河南藝術中心藝術墻與屋面鋼結(jié)構(gòu)均采用鋼管相貫桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系。復雜建筑幾何造型、運輸變形、焊接變形、安裝誤差等多方面因素,使鋼管相貫節(jié)點處腹桿相貫線與弦桿間隙遠超過規(guī)范要求。為解決大直徑、相貫線大間隙焊縫的圓鋼管相貫節(jié)點安全問題,選定2個節(jié)點制作足尺試件進行試驗研究,相貫線處間隙取30mm并按擬定的焊接工藝施焊;建立節(jié)點三維實體有限元模型進行彈塑性有限元分析;通過對比分析,確認工程大直徑鋼管、大間隙相貫節(jié)點的安全性,同時驗證了規(guī)范公式及有限元分析方法對該類節(jié)點設計的適用性,對鋼管相貫節(jié)點承載力(破壞)判定準則進行了探討。[關鍵詞]大間隙焊縫;相貫節(jié)點;荷載-應力(變)曲線;有限元分析;破壞準則Performance test and computation analysis research of the big gap weld pipe truss tubular joint of Henan Provincial Art CentreGe Jiaqi1, Wang Shu1, Zhang Ling1, Lü Jinghuan2,Liu Xianwang3(1 China Aeronautical Project and Design Institute, Beijing 100011, China;2 University of Sience and Technology,Beijing 100083,China; 3 Beijing University of technology,Beijing 100124,China)Abstract:For Henan Provincial Art Centre, both the art wall and the structural steel roof adopt a structural system of the penetrated weld pipe truss. It is not-certain that whether or not the current penetrated weld pipe truss connection principle suits for the large diameter pipe used in this project, because there is a relative systematic research on the connection of penetrated weld pipe truss in China, the research results mainly focus on the small diameter pipe. On the other hand, some penetrated weld pipe truss connections do not meet the current standards and codes, because of more complex architectural shape, deformation during transport movement, deformation during weld, and defect during installation. For instance, the maximum gap between connections is 30mm in this project. In order to solve the safety problem of this type of-connection with large diameter and big gap, two connections are selected to do full-size connection test, and 30mm long gap is determined between penetrated weld profiles, which are welded by the proposed weld technology. In addition, the three dimension finite element models of those connections are built to obtain the result of safety performance of those connections, compared to that of full-size test, to ensure the safety performance of those connections with large diameter and big gap in this project, simultaneously to verify the applicability to this type of connections′ design based on both formula in codes and finite element analysis methodology.
