［摘要］河南藝術(shù)中心40m高懸臂玻璃藝術(shù)墻，采用“單層索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)平面鋼管相貫桁架主體結(jié)構(gòu)”體系。對(duì)幕墻索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)與主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的共同工作、主次結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換的“索鋼接觸”連接約束條件對(duì)主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)及索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)的影響進(jìn)行研究。考慮索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)與主體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)共同工作，對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定安全性有利，但對(duì)幕墻索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)安全性有較大的不利影響。根據(jù)研究結(jié)果要求幕墻設(shè)計(jì)單位對(duì)索網(wǎng)次結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行加強(qiáng)設(shè)計(jì)，確保了工程整體結(jié)構(gòu)的安全。

Design and research of coincident work between the cable-net substructure-of curtain wall and the major steel structure of Henan Provincial Art Centre

Abstract:For Henan Provincial Art Centre, the deep cantilevered glass art wall, 40m high, employs a structural system of the single layer cable-net substructure-combined with the major steel structure of in-plane penetrated weld pipe truss. Currently, in academic and engineering fields, there are few research results about coincident work between the substructure  of curtain wall and the major steel structure, as well as the major-minor structural exchange connection constraint condition of “cable-member contact" impacting on the major steel structure with the substructure. Analysis and research of those mentioned questions present that coincident work provides an advantage for overall stability safety of the major structure, and causes a major disadvantage impact on structural safety of the substructure . According to above research results, the curtain wall consulting company will be advised that the substructure-shall be strengthened so as to ensure this project globally safe.
