上海港某礦石堆場深厚軟土地基加固設(shè)計(jì)研究

(1 同濟(jì)大學(xué)巖土及地下工程教育部重點(diǎn)試驗(yàn)室,上海 200092; 2 同濟(jì)大學(xué)地下建筑與工程系,上海 200092; 3 中交水運(yùn)規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)院,北京 100007)[摘要]結(jié)合上海港某大型礦石堆場工程,針對上部覆蓋有一定厚度飽和疏松無粘性土的深厚軟土地基,將新型整體式熱熔塑料排水板引入到軟土加固中,利用堆場運(yùn)營時(shí)堆放的礦石荷載,提出了“淺層處理、礦石分級加載、自動(dòng)監(jiān)測和使用期調(diào)整”的分步地基加固設(shè)計(jì)思路及相應(yīng)的具體設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),并推廣應(yīng)用到實(shí)際工程中。實(shí)測結(jié)果表明,加固獲得了較好的工程效果。[關(guān)鍵詞]礦石堆場;分級加載;深厚軟土;地基加固Design of deep soft soil improvement of ore terminals in Shanghai PortJia Mincai1,2, Zhou Jian1,2, Wu Jian3(1 Key Lab.of Geotechnical and Underground Eng.of Ministry of Education; 2 Department of Geotechnical Eng.,Tongji Univ.,Shanghai 200092, China; 3 China Communications Planning & Design Institute for Water Transportation, Beijing 100007, China)Abstract:In combination with the construction of large-scale ore terminals in Shanghai Port, the paper advances a new design concept as well as its corresponding design parameters to improve the soft ground, which is composed of saturated loose cohesionless soil in the upper and deep soft soil in the lower. The design spirits are incarnated by densifying upper cohesionless soil, step loading, Auto-monitoring and adjusting in service period by introducing integrated thermal-melt wick drain to ground improvement.
