某廠房改造中托梁抽柱的設(shè)計和施工

(1 中國建材國際工程有限公司,上海 200063; 2 上海工藝美術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院,上海 201808)[摘要]通過一個托梁抽柱的的實(shí)例,從設(shè)計和施工方面解析了工業(yè)廠房改造中采用鋼托架托住原由柱承擔(dān)的屋面系統(tǒng),并抽掉原有受力柱的比較復(fù)雜的改造方法。實(shí)施應(yīng)用托梁抽柱技術(shù),按照土建改造的原則,充分考慮各種措施來實(shí)現(xiàn)改造的效果。加固方法采用了加大截面法、包角鋼法、粘鋼板法,托換中設(shè)計和施工緊密結(jié)合,措施得當(dāng),保證了托架頂升就位、抽掉柱后新老結(jié)構(gòu)的連接可靠,協(xié)同工作。[關(guān)鍵詞]改造;托架;抽柱;加固Practical application of supporting beam in a workshop reconstructionZheng Linqiang1,Li Zhu2(1 China Triumph International Engineering Co., Ltd., Shanghai 200063, China;2 Shanghai Arts & Crafts Vocational College,Shanghai 201808, China)Abstract:It analyzes reconstruction method of using steel bracket to support roofing system instead of column and removing original bearing column from both design and construction aspects, by introducing the example of supporting frame and removing column. The method adopts supporting frame and removing column technique, fully considers kinds of methods. Firming method uses enlarging section method, wrapping angle steel method and glue steel plate method.
