耐火鋼與普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼高溫強(qiáng)度的比較試驗(yàn)

[摘要]對(duì)兩種耐火鋼(FR)與普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在常溫到高溫700℃之間的力學(xué)性能比較試驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果顯示,耐火鋼比普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼具有更好的高溫力學(xué)性能,耐火鋼在約650℃時(shí)的屈服強(qiáng)度為常溫下強(qiáng)度的50%,而普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼在550℃時(shí)的屈服強(qiáng)度就已降到常溫下強(qiáng)度的50%。同時(shí)耐火鋼的高溫(600℃)蠕變也比普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的小。研究結(jié)果表明在建筑設(shè)計(jì)中用耐火鋼替代需要采取防火措施的普通結(jié)構(gòu)鋼更經(jīng)濟(jì)安全。

Comparing experiment on strength of FR steel and  conventional structural steel at elevated temperature

Abstract:The mechanical properties of two fire-resistant(FR) structural steels and a conventional structural steel have been investigated from room temperature up to 700℃. It has been found that the high temperature mechanical properties of FR steels are superior to those of the conventional structural steel. The FR steels retain 50% of their room temperature yield strength at approximately 650℃,compared to 550℃ for the conventional structural steel. And the FR steels also exhibited lower creep at high temperarure than the conventional structural steel at 600℃. The research result indicates that it is more economic and safe that use the FR steels instead of the conventional structural steel in structural-desigin.
