基于0-1整數(shù)規(guī)劃的高強螺栓連接優(yōu)化設計

[摘要]以受軸力、剪力和彎矩共同作用的摩擦型高強螺栓群連接計算為例,建立高強螺栓連接優(yōu)化設計的0-1整數(shù)規(guī)劃數(shù)學模型,并用LINGO軟件編程進行求解。結果表明,優(yōu)化設計程序可以用于高強螺栓連接設計計算,并能一次性確定高強螺栓的規(guī)格及所需要的螺栓個數(shù)。

Abstract:A mathematical model of 0-1 integer programming has been established for optimization design of high-strength bolts connection with combined action of axial force, shearing force,and bending moment. A program has been developed to solve the mathematical model problem with software LINGO. The result shows that the optimization design program can be applied to design calculation of high-strength bolts connection, and the specification and the number of required hi
Gh-strength bolts can also be determined only by single-time calculation.
