管板連接軸心受壓構(gòu)件極限承載力試驗研究

[摘要]對5個管板連接構(gòu)件進行了受壓極限承載力試驗研究和非線
性有限元分析。試驗表明,未補強的試件GPC-1,GPC-3和用鋼板補強的試件GPC-4,GPC-5的破壞模式均為試件的整體失穩(wěn),用焊接空心球補強的試件GPC-2的破壞模式為鋼管的局部屈曲。試驗結(jié)果與有限元計算結(jié)果基本吻合。實際工程中應(yīng)用管板連接構(gòu)件作為受壓構(gòu)件時,必須加強構(gòu)件弱軸的剛度,以避免整體失穩(wěn)破壞,而采用焊接空心球補強是一種有效的方法。

Experimental research on ultimate compressive bearing capacity of gusset plate connections to slotted tubes member

Abstract:Experimental research and nonlinear finite-element analysis of ultimate compressive bearing capacity on five gusset plate connections to slotted tubes members were carried out. The failure mode of models GPC-1 and GPC-3 which were not strengthened was the whole buckling failure, and so was the models GPC-4 and GPC-5 strengthened by steel plate. However, the failure mode of model GPC-2 strengthened by welded hollow spherical joints was the local buckling failure of the tube. The experimental results are close to the finite-element analysis results. The research indicates that when the gusset plate connections to slotted tubes member is used in practice, the rigidity of the member must be strengthened to avoid the happening of the whole buckling failure, and the combination of welded hollow spherical joints and gusset plate connection to slotted tubes member proves to be effective.
