同濟大學(xué)教學(xué)科研綜合樓復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計

(1同濟大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院,上海 200092;2廈門市建設(shè)與管理局,廈門361003)[摘要]同濟大學(xué)教學(xué)科研綜合樓屬平面和豎向都不規(guī)則的復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)體系。建筑旋轉(zhuǎn)上升的功能平面布局以及設(shè)備夾層的設(shè)置給結(jié)構(gòu)體系選擇和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計帶來了相當大的難度,尤其是樓層功能平面的螺旋上升布置,將導(dǎo)致結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下呈現(xiàn)明顯的扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則特征。詳細介紹了同濟大學(xué)教學(xué)科研綜合樓結(jié)構(gòu)分析與設(shè)計,包括結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型、粘滯阻尼支撐的創(chuàng)新應(yīng)用、包括Pushover分析在內(nèi)的全面抗震分析、結(jié)構(gòu)模型振動臺試驗結(jié)果以及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點的設(shè)計。結(jié)構(gòu)分析和模型試驗結(jié)果均表明,合理的結(jié)構(gòu)選型和結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計有效地解決了結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)則性超限的問題,使地震作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)實現(xiàn)了規(guī)則化。[關(guān)鍵詞]高層鋼結(jié)構(gòu);粘滯阻尼支撐;抗震分析;振動臺試驗Structural analysis and design of the complex high-rise structure of Teaching and Research Complex of Tongji universityDing Jiemin1, He Zhijun1, Wang Huaqi2, Mao Hua1(1 Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China;2 Xiamen Corstruction and Administration Bureau, Xiamen 361003, China)Abstract:Teaching and Research Complex of Tongji university is a complex high-rise steel structure with characteristic of plane irregularity and vertical irregularity. Its unique spiral layout of L-shaped block units and six facility floor brought very great challenges to the structural system selection and structural design, in which the most critical is to reduce the torsion effect from the spiraling layout of building block units when earthquake occurs. The structural analysis and design are presented, including structural system selection, creative application of viscous damper brace, comprehensive aseismic analysis (including Pushover analysis), shaking table test and critical joint connection design.
