(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院,上海 200092)[摘要]以實(shí)際工程為背景,論述了某兩跨連續(xù)、跨度40m的預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土框架梁的設(shè)計施工過程。設(shè)計中采用先鉸接后剛接的設(shè)計和施工方法,并考慮了大跨預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁可能出現(xiàn)的預(yù)應(yīng)力摩擦損失、振動荷載等方面的影響。通過現(xiàn)場試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了設(shè)計的可靠性。在施工中通過合理工序及工法使設(shè)計中的計算模型與實(shí)際結(jié)構(gòu)得以吻合。[關(guān)鍵詞]大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力;摩擦損失;振動荷載;先鉸接后剛接Study on Design and Construction of a 40m×2 Prestress Concrete Frame BeamsChao Si,Lin Guanghua,Zhang Zhun(Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract:Based on a practical building project,the design and construction process of a two span prestress concrete frame beam(40m for each span) are introduced. The design and construction method of rigid connection after hinged connection is adopted, and the possible influences such as prestress friction loss,vibration load on the large-span prestress concrete beams are considered. Some site tests are done to further determine the reliability of the design.
