組合連續(xù)梁橋高強(qiáng)砂漿填充群釘連接件抗剪承載力試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]以71m+110m+71m三跨連續(xù)鋼-混凝土組合箱形梁橋?yàn)楣こ瘫尘埃捎米愠吣P屯瞥?font face="宋體">試驗(yàn)方法研究了高強(qiáng)砂漿填充群釘連接件的抗剪承載力和荷載滑移曲線。共制作了7個(gè)C65砂漿填充剪力連接件試件,其中4個(gè)為單排標(biāo)準(zhǔn)推出試件,另外3個(gè)為20根Ф22×200的群釘試件。比較了單排釘和群釘連接件的抗剪承載力和荷載滑移曲線,推薦了相應(yīng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,并且討論了公式的適用性。[關(guān)鍵詞]組合梁橋;群釘;剪力連接器;推出試驗(yàn);極限抗剪承載力;荷載滑移曲線;高強(qiáng)砂漿Experimental Study on Ultimate Shear Capacity of Studs Group Filled with High Strength Mortar in Continuous Composite BridgeWu Chong1,Liao Chongqing2,Zeng Minggen1,Yu Guojun3,Zhu Hongliang3(1 Department of Bridge Engineering,Tongji University; 2 Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute,Shanghai 200092,China; 3 Changzhou Water-way Administer Office,Changzhou 213004)
Abstract:With the project of three spans continuous composite box girder bridge of (71m+110m+71m),the ultimate shear capacity and load-slip curve of studs group filled with high strength mortar were studied by push-out test of fill scale specimens. Total seven specimens of shear connectors in high strength mortar of C65 were used for the experiments,among them four specimens like standard push-out test specimen,other three specimens were designed to simulate the studs group with 20 studs of Ф22×200. The ultimate shear capacity and load-slip curve of the two type specimens were compared and the proposed experiential formulas were discussed.Keywords:composite bridge; studs group; shear connector; push-out test; limited capacity; loadslip curve; high strength mortar
