(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院,上海 200092)[摘要]對(duì)三角型立面,扁長(zhǎng)型平面高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系的設(shè)計(jì)問題進(jìn)行了研究。通過實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)案例,研究控制不均勻沉降的方法,分析此類結(jié)構(gòu)控制扭轉(zhuǎn)的一般規(guī)律,提出了沉降控制方法,闡述了此類結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)。計(jì)算結(jié)果和實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果均證明設(shè)計(jì)方法有效。[關(guān)鍵詞]三角型立面;扁長(zhǎng)型平面;高層建筑;不均勻沉降控制;扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)Structural Design of a Highrise Building in Rizhao CityGui Kun, Jin Wei, Zhu Liang, Dai Peiqi (Architecture Design & Research Institute of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract:A high-rise building is analysed structure which facade was a right-angled triangle and plan was long and narrow. Based on the researches on a finished project,methods in order to control asymmetry sedimentation were discussed,controlling torsion rules of such structure were studied,the controlling methods were provided,and other structure technique were also introduced.
