龍口行政中心主樓超限高層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計

(同濟大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院，上海 200092)［摘要］結(jié)合龍口行政中心主樓超限高層建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計，闡述了該工程結(jié)構(gòu)計算分析以及貫徹《超限高層建筑工程抗震設(shè)防管理規(guī)定》的過程，討論了結(jié)構(gòu)可行性方案并針對結(jié)構(gòu)超長和抗震超限問題提出了局部增設(shè)剪力墻、SRC梁柱，加強凹進處梁板結(jié)構(gòu)等具體的加強措施，可供類似工程參考。［關(guān)鍵詞］平面不規(guī)則；抗震設(shè)計；超限高層建筑Out of codes High rise Building Design of the Administration Center of Longkou CityLi Weixing，Ji Yue(Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University,Shanghai 200092,China)Abstract:Combining with the structural design of an out-of-codes high-rise building with particularly irregular plane,it expatiates on the process of structural calculating analysis and carrying out the administration regulations for out-of-codes high-rise building projects.
