[摘要]北京財源國際中心西塔樓為35層,結(jié)構(gòu)總高度154.8m。工程采用型鋼混凝土框架加鋼筋混凝土核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,并在層26設(shè)置了加強(qiáng)層桁架提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度。按抗震設(shè)防超限審查意見,對工程采取控制底部墻體剪壓比不大于0.15,小震作用下框架承擔(dān)的剪力不應(yīng)小于層剪力的25%,伸臂桁架由12榀減為4榀等構(gòu)造措施,使結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能有了可靠的保障,對于頂部9層的偏置核心筒的抗震設(shè)計也取得了較好的效果。

Design of Composite Super-high Structure of West Tower of Beijing IFC

Abstract:West Tower of Beijing IFC. is a super-high structure which has 35 floors with 154.8m total structural height. The structural system is formed by steel-concrete frame and core reinforced concrete wall.There is a strengthening floor in the 26th floor.The structural seismic performance is ensured by selecting seismic fortification measures with the opinion of experts for seismic design.The seismic design of 9 floors on the building top with remoted center core wall has a good design.
