[摘要]信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部萬壽路機關(guān)辦公樓為一棟18層的較高標準的綜合辦公樓,地上采用鋼框架+偏心支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系,地下采用鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)。重點介紹偏心支撐框架結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架按中震不屈服設(shè)計的情況。多個結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計軟件的比較分析及靜力彈塑性補充計算表明,工程各項計算指標均符合規(guī)范要求。

Design for Wanshou Road Office Building of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

Abstract:Wanshou Road Office Building of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is a 18-story comprehensive office building with high standards. We used steel frame with eccentric bracing structure system in the aboveground, and reinforced concrete frame-sharewall structure in the underground. It focuses on introducing eccentrically braced frame structure design and transition of trussed-steel frame in which it doesn′t yield in mid-size seism/seismic center. According to comparative analysis of calculation results in many different structure design software and supplementary calculation of elastic-plastic, every calculation indicator of the building is in line with regulatory requirements.
