［摘要］深圳證交所大樓為一體型復(fù)雜的超限高層，底部裙房為大懸臂結(jié)構(gòu)，距地面高度36m。為了評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能，采用MIDAS和ETABS軟件對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在常遇地震作用下的性能進(jìn)行分析，采用動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析方法對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)在大震作用下的抗震性能進(jìn)行分析。介紹了計(jì)算參數(shù)的選取、墻柱的損傷和結(jié)構(gòu)的位移時(shí)程。結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)“大震不倒”的性能目標(biāo)，根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的薄弱位置，給出了設(shè)計(jì)建議。

Analysis of Seismic Performance of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Square Chen Zhiqiang, Zhang Tao, Hu Shouying, Mao Renxing(China Electronics Engineering Design Institute, Shenzhen Electronics  Design Institute Co., Ltd., Shenzhen, 518031)
Abstract:Shenzhen Stock Exchange Square is an ultra-limit high-rise structure. The three-story raised cantilevering podium is  36 meters above ground level. To estimate the seismic performance of the structure, the analysis with MIDAS and ETABS 
software under frequent earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis method under rare earthquake are carried 
out. It is shown that the requirement of no collapse with rare earthquake can be achieved. Meanwhile, the weakness of the 
structure is found, and some advices are presented.
