［摘要］北京鳳凰苑公建區(qū)工程由兩棟酒店和一棟寫字樓組成，其中兩棟酒店地上部分采用部分框支-剪力墻結構，存在著多種類型的轉換梁，如托柱轉換梁、上部墻體開有邊門洞的托墻轉換梁、框支主次梁二次轉換結構等。結合該工程的設計過程，給出了較有特色的轉換梁設計結果
。介紹了較為復雜的框支主次梁二次轉換結構的計算法。

Design of Transfer Beams of Phoenix City Engineering in Beijing

Abstract:Phoenix City in Beijing is composed of two ginshops and one office building. The partial frame-supported shear wallstructure is used in two ginshops. Many styles of transfer beams are used such as transfer beams which support columns,
transfer beams which support shear wall with sidehole, and transfer main and secondary beams structure. The design results of
characteristic transfer beams are introduced and the calculation method of transfer main and secondary beams structure is
suggested.
