[摘要]中環(huán)世貿(mào)中心屬深基坑的鋼筋混凝土超高層建筑,其主樓、裙房均采用天然地基,在北京地區(qū)同類建筑中尚無先例。針對相關(guān)地基承載力及沉降、抗浮等問題作了分析與探討。介紹了地基承載力的確定和減小主樓與裙房沉降差及主樓核心筒內(nèi)外差異沉降所采取的施。不同區(qū)域分別采用增加自重或結(jié)構(gòu)抗浮措施,解決了深基礎(chǔ)抗浮問題。

Foundation design of Central International Traditional Center

Abstract:Central International Trade Center is a super high-rise building,of which foundation is very deep. It has created a precedent among the same kind in Beijing area that the main building and annex building both adopt the natural subgrade as their bearing object.Problems are analyzed such as the subgrade bearing capacity, sedimentations and anti-float. The determination of subgrade bearing capacity and measures to decrease the different settlement between the main building and annex building are introduced. The deadweight increment and structural antifloat measures are adopted in different areas to solve the antifloat problem of deep foundation.
