變翼緣寬度鋼梁的優(yōu)化設(shè)計

[摘要]現(xiàn)有的變翼緣寬度鋼梁的設(shè)計方法只適用于梁受均布荷載的情況。為找到最優(yōu)的變截面位置,推導了變翼緣寬度鋼梁截面優(yōu)化設(shè)計的步驟及通用公式,編寫了相應(yīng)的鋼梁截面優(yōu)化計算機程序。算例表明,變翼緣寬度鋼梁的最優(yōu)截面變更位置是在離梁支座約l/6~l/4的地方,用文中程序設(shè)計的鋼梁可比手算法節(jié)省鋼材10%左右。

Abstract:The design method introduced in various existing references for steel girders with variable flange width is only suitable for the case of member subjected to uniformly distributed load.The steps and general formulas for optimum design of cross sections of steel girders with variable flange width are deduced to find out the optimal position of changing cross section, and corresponding computer programs are compiled.Examples show that the optimal position of changing cross section is about l/6~l/4 from the supports, and when steel girders are designed with the suggested computer programs, about 10% steel can be saved compared with t
