輸煤棧橋鋼材選型的優(yōu)化分析

[摘要]針對輸煤棧橋及支架用鋼量偏大的問題,提出用等截面圓鋼替代工字鋼用于合理選取優(yōu)化變量,及分段設(shè)置優(yōu)化參數(shù)的方法,減少了棧橋及燈籠架結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化所需要的優(yōu)化變量。利用ANSYS軟件中的優(yōu)化技術(shù),對某煤場輸煤棧橋及支架方案的用鋼情況進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,分析了優(yōu)化結(jié)果的靜、動(dòng)力特性,并與原方案進(jìn)行了比較。優(yōu)化后方案在最大變形、最大應(yīng)力及動(dòng)態(tài)特性等方面同原方案無明顯差別或優(yōu)于原方案,但各構(gòu)件的承載能力得到更好的發(fā)揮,用鋼總量較原方案明顯減少。

Optimization of profiled bar selection for coal conveying viaduct

Abstract:According to the large amount of steel used for coal conveying viaduct, methods of section substitution and regional parameters optimization are presented to reduce the number of variables for the optimization of coal conveying viaduct structure. The optimization function in ANSYS is employed to optimize the structure. The static and dynamic characters of the optimal design are analyzed and compared with the original design. The results show that the maximal strain, stress and dynamic characteristics are similar to the original design, while the bearing capacity of each element is more fully utilized, and the amount of steel consumed is decreased greatly.
