[摘要]通過對冷彎薄壁圓鋼管的截面特點進行分析,針對軸壓構(gòu)件所用鋼材級別及柔度范圍的不同,分別推導(dǎo)了近似柔度λ0的計算公式。該公式簡捷直觀,能避免繁瑣的試算過程,可直接計算出滿足穩(wěn)定性要求的截面尺寸,使設(shè)計結(jié)果更趨合理。

Direct calculation method for stability design of circular cold-formed thin-wall steel tube under axially compressive force

Abstract:Based on analyzing the cross-sectional characteristic of circular cold-formed thin-wall steel tube, formulas that can avoid repeated trial-calculation process were derived, which were applied to calculate approximate compliance (λ0) of different material and compliance ranges, and then the cross-sectional dimension meeting the requirement of stability design can be calculated directly. The calculated examples show that this method is simple and the design results are reasonable.
