混凝土植筋界面結(jié)合機(jī)理試驗(yàn)研究*

[摘要]針對(duì)兩種品種的膠和兩種粘結(jié)長(zhǎng)度進(jìn)行了混凝土植筋試件的約束拉拔試驗(yàn)。所有試件均發(fā)生了鋼筋與膠體之間的界面破壞,與試驗(yàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)一致。但部分試件出現(xiàn)了鋼筋屈服現(xiàn)象,說(shuō)明植筋粘結(jié)長(zhǎng)度過(guò)長(zhǎng)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,鋼筋膠體界面結(jié)合力與滑移的關(guān)系可以簡(jiǎn)化為三階段模型:粘結(jié)階段、滑移階段、拔出階段。粘結(jié)階段為線彈性段,界面結(jié)合力以化學(xué)粘結(jié)力為主,其特征是鋼筋自由端位移為零?;齐A段為拋物線段,界面結(jié)合力以機(jī)械嚙合力為主。拔出階段為下降段,界面結(jié)合力以摩擦力為主。通過(guò)對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的回歸分析可得到鋼筋膠體界面粘結(jié)滑移本構(gòu)關(guān)系。

Abstract:The experimental research is based on adhesive steel bars in concrete under tensile load with two fixing products and two bonding lengths.  Interface failure between steel bar and adhesive layer happened as expected in every test element.  For some test elements with longer bonding length, steel yields before the tensile force reaches the ultimate load. The experimental result shows that the bond-slide relation for the interface between steel bar and adhesive layer could be simplified as three phase model, bonding phase, sliding phase and, pull-out phase.  The bonding phase is elastic phase with chemical bonding force as main part of interface action, and there is no slide at the free end of steel bar in bonding phase.  The sliding phase is non-linear phase with interlock force as main part of interface action. The pull-out phase is nearlinear down phase with friction force as main part of interface action. The formula of bond-slide relationship for the interface between steel bar and adhesive layer could be got based on the experimental result.
