芳綸纖維布應(yīng)力松弛試驗研究

[摘要]通過4個不同初始應(yīng)力水平的芳綸纖維布應(yīng)力松弛試驗,研究了應(yīng)力水平對芳綸纖維布應(yīng)力松弛的影響,提出了芳綸纖維布應(yīng)力松弛損失的計算公式。試驗結(jié)果表明:應(yīng)力持續(xù)1 000h后,芳綸纖維布應(yīng)力松弛損失率約為13.5%;應(yīng)力松弛主要取決于應(yīng)力水平,且隨應(yīng)力水平增大而增大;1年后大部分應(yīng)力松弛發(fā)展完成。

Experimental study on stress relaxation of aramid fiber sheets

Abstract:An experiment about stress relaxation properties of aramid fiber sheets with four different stress levels is conducted, the effects of different stress level on stress relaxation of aramid fiber sheets are researched, and the empirical formula for calculating stress relaxation loss is proposed. The experimental results show that, the stress relaxation loss is about 13.5%of initial tensile stress after 1000h; stress relaxation depends on stress level, the higher the stress level, the larger the stress relaxation loss; a large part of stress relaxation loss is developed after one year.
