鋼筋與鋼-碳纖維混雜纖維增韌混凝土粘結(jié)性能試驗(yàn)

(同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑工程系,上海 200092)[摘要]將碳纖維和鋼纖維同時(shí)添加到混凝土中形成混雜纖維增韌混凝土,采用鋼筋對剖開槽貼片的方法,進(jìn)行了鋼筋有效粘結(jié)區(qū)長度分別為8d,12d,24d(d為鋼筋直徑)的粘結(jié)性能試驗(yàn)研究。根據(jù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,分析了由于粘結(jié)長度的不同以及裂縫的開展對于粘結(jié)應(yīng)力和滑移分布規(guī)律的影響,給出了裂縫間粘結(jié)應(yīng)力分布規(guī)律的表達(dá)式以及滑移沿試件長度分布規(guī)律的表達(dá)式。建立了混凝土與變形鋼筋粘結(jié)應(yīng)力和滑移沿試件長度分布規(guī)律的表達(dá)式。推導(dǎo)了實(shí)用的荷載、試件長度以及加載端滑移三者間的關(guān)系表達(dá)式。[關(guān)鍵詞]兩端對拉試件; 混雜纖維增韌混凝土;粘結(jié)性能;分布規(guī)律Experimental study of bond performance between deformed bar and steel-carbon hybrid fiber reinforced concreteGao Xiangling, Li Jie(Department of Civil Engineering, Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:The distribution law of bond stress and slip of different anchored ribbed bar is studied. Tests were conducted on the specimens reinforced with hot-rolled ribbed bars that had been fully instrumented internally with electrical resistance strain gauges. Meanwhile, 0.2% carbon fiber (volume fraction) and 0.3% steel fiber were added to high performance concrete simultaneously. Six specimens with three different bond lengths had been researched. According to the experimental results, the empirical formulas of distribution law of the bond stress and the strain were presented. The relationship between load, bond length and slip was derived.
