(1 吉林建筑工程學(xué)院土木工程學(xué)院,長春 130021; 2 長春長順實業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司,長春 130021)[摘要]長春五環(huán)體育館大型鋼網(wǎng)殼工程在國內(nèi)首次采用大截面方鋼管相貫直接焊接形式。由于屋蓋網(wǎng)殼巨大的結(jié)構(gòu)特點和看臺部分先于網(wǎng)殼完成的現(xiàn)場條件,采取了分區(qū)吊裝法。系統(tǒng)地介紹了分區(qū)吊裝的施工方法與順序和施工中的重點問題,為此類大跨度管結(jié)構(gòu)的安裝施工提供了有益經(jīng)驗。[關(guān)鍵詞]網(wǎng)殼;方鋼管;施工技術(shù);吊裝Construction technology of square steel tube shell of Changchun Five-circle GymnasiumWang Shiping 1,2(1 College of Civil Engineering, Jilin Architectural and Civil Engineering Institute, Changchun 130021, China;2 Changchun Changshun Industry Group Co., Ltd., Changchun 130021, China)Abstract:The square steel tubes were used and welded directly to each other in the roof of Changchun Five-circle Gymnasium. For the shell is so large and the stand has finished before the installation of the shell, the roof was installed with the method block by block. The construction technology used for the shell was introduced, including the division of the blocks, the sequence of the installation and the method to adjust the position of them.
