［摘要］介紹某垃圾發(fā)電廠80m單筒式混凝土煙囪裂縫及鹽酸腐蝕事故鑒定。因83年煙囪設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的溫度應(yīng)力設(shè)計(jì)安全度偏低，加上使用早強(qiáng)水泥及養(yǎng)護(hù)不足，導(dǎo)致該煙囪中上部筒壁出現(xiàn)過(guò)大的縱向裂縫和環(huán)向裂縫，以致焚燒垃圾時(shí)產(chǎn)生的HCl，SO₂，NO_X等有害氣體通過(guò)這些裂縫滲入到混凝土之中，使其頂部10m范圍筒壁遭受鹽酸冷凝液等酸介質(zhì)的嚴(yán)重侵蝕；還分析了腐蝕機(jī)理及危害性；證實(shí)鹽酸腐蝕亦既有酸化腐蝕的特點(diǎn)，又有氯化物腐蝕的特征。

Appraisal and analyses for cracks and hydrochloric acid corrosionaccident of a single tube concrete chimney height of 80m

Abstract:The accident appraisal for cracks and hydrochloric acid corrosion of the single tube concrete chimney height 80m at a power plant is introduced. The chimney shell of middle and upper part produces excessive longitudinal cracks and circuit cracks due to design safety degree of temperature stress by code is lower，and influence of high-earth-strength cement and undercuring concrete. The harmful gas HCl,SO₂,NO_X by refuse incineration pass through cracks seep into concrete chimney shell result in condensation liquid of hydrochloric acid critical corrosion in range 10m of upper part of the chimney. It analyses corrosion mechanism and endanger， and confirms that hydrochloric acid corrosion have characteristics of acid corrosion and chloride corrosion.
